What is Beyond the Sock you ask?
Beyond the Sock is a workshop at University of North Texas. Lead by Peter Linz (Walter of the Muppets), Noel MacNeal (Bear from the Big Blue House, website, @noelmacneal), and Pasha Romanowski (of Project Puppet and Puppetsmith). Attendees learn puppet design, build their own puppets, learn performing techniques, and as a finale complete a studio production.
